01 / FOR ORGANIZATIONS & COACHES
Prepare the class before members arrive. Give the whole room clear cues. Bring movement, cognitive challenges and community into the same experience.
Set up stations, rotations, timing and member groups. Save reusable class structures and customize the next session.
Arrange exercises, intervals, recovery, instructions and cognitive games into guides your coaches and members can follow.
Show the class timer, current stations and rotation cues on your TV so members can see where they are in the session.
Structure work, rest, transitions and station rotations around the session you’ve prepared.
Weave memory, attention and reaction challenges into physical training, with game results recorded for members.
Bring standings and available challenges into the member experience, with participation views to help coaches see engagement.
02 / FOR MEMBERS OF YOUR ORGANIZATION
Give members a personal home for their training. Their dashboard connects what they do in class with the games, challenges and community they return to.

Explore a visual snapshot of your game performance across cognitive areas, alongside activity, game tiers and recent history.
See your place in your organization’s community and follow challenge standings.
Discover challenges, join in and follow your participation from your account.
Access available workout guides, revisit your game results and see your practice and achievements over time.
A view of your
game performance.
Your cognitive profile summarizes performance in the games you’ve played. It is training feedback, not a clinical assessment.
03 / FROM THE PLAN TO THE PEOPLE
Choose a template. Arrange your stations and workout guides. Set the timing and assign members.
Run the circuit with TV displays and timers, while members move through physical and cognitive blocks.
Give them a dashboard to revisit game performance, explore challenges and connect with their training community.
A PLATFORM FOR THE PEOPLE WHO GUIDE OTHERS
Organize group circuits, station workouts and a connected member experience.
Build repeatable programming and guide the room with clear displays and timing.
Create workout guides and give clients a place to follow their practice.
Explore guided movement and cognitive practice for wellness programs, including senior living communities.
AraPraxOS supports fitness and wellness practice. It does not diagnose, treat or measure a person’s cognitive health.
BUILT IN PRACTICE / ARATÉ METHOD
AraPraxOS grew from the training floor at ARATÉ Method, our coach-led boutique fitness studio in Westlake Village. The Arete Method brings strength, conditioning and movement together with opportunities to practice focus, memory, reaction and awareness.
We believe fitness should make room for the whole person: physical effort, mental engagement, thoughtful coaching and a community that helps people keep showing up.
Researchers study how exercise and cognitive challenge relate to learning and performance. BDNF is a growth-factor protein involved in neural plasticity. Changes measured in blood do not directly measure changes in the brain or prove a specific training outcome.
We pair physical training with attention, memory and reaction tasks. Research findings vary by population and protocol; they do not establish outcomes for The Arete Method or AraPraxOS. Game results describe practice, not cognitive health.
Erickson et al. (2011): aerobic exercise, hippocampal volume and memory
Nilsson et al. (2020): exercise, BDNF and cognitive training
The 2020 study did not find an average training benefit from placing exercise before rather than after cognitive practice. We do not claim a proven “optimal brain-state window.”
04 / BRING THE PLATFORM TO YOUR PEOPLE
Bring body + brain training into your space. Tell us about your organization, your team and the people you serve. Together, we’ll explore a pilot that fits your programming and community.
A few details about your team and the people you serve.
Talk through your programming and what you need.
Discuss setup, staff onboarding, programming and ongoing support. Any setup fee, monthly membership, pilot scope and timing are agreed before you begin.
